Who qualifies for Insider Access
Four entry paths. 90 days from any qualifying engagement — or always, if you're on Monthly Support.
1. Active China Agent clients. Anyone who has completed a paid engagement with us in the last 90 days — except the $95 Supplier Reality Check, which is the public entry product. Pre-Wire Review ($595), PO/PI Contract ($995), Master Contract ($1,850), CMA ($2,650), Factory Reality Check on-site ($795), Deep Dive Legal ($995), Guided Visits, Fixer engagements (any tier including the $795 Quick Dispute Review) — all qualify.
2. China Agent Monthly Support clients. While your monthly subscription is active, your Insider Access is always open. No 90-day window, no clock. Active subscription, active access.
3. Active Asia Agent clients. If you've engaged Asia Agent for any project — CBP work, multi-country verification, compliance, factory development across Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Cambodia, or Thailand — you have Insider Access in China for 90 days after engagement completion.
4. Partner factories we've placed. Factories we've helped develop production at, across any country we operate in. If we helped a Western client develop production at your factory, and you now need materials, components, or machinery sourcing in China — you're inside.

very China Agent service creates downstream demand for another China Agent service.
A MASTER Contract gives you the right to inspect — so 30 days later, you need an inspection. A Factory Reality Check confirms the building is real — so a month later, you want to visit in person. A CMA covers 3–6 months of production — so quarterly, you need eyes on the line.
We built Insider Access because the next service in your relationship should be cheaper than the first. That's how ecosystems compound — for the people inside them.
It's also how China Agent and Asia Agent work together. When we help a Western client develop production at a factory in Vietnam, India, or Bangladesh — and that factory then needs materials or machinery from China — they're inside the ecosystem. Same rates apply.
We're not running a discount engine. We're running an ecosystem. Insider rates are how we keep the ecosystem worth staying inside — for clients, and for the factories we've helped build into it.
WHAT INSIDER ACCESS ISN'T
Two things we want to be clear about — so there's no confusion.
Not for first-time buyers. Insider Access is by qualifying engagement only. If you've never worked with us before, the easiest entry is a $95 Supplier Reality Check or a $595 Pre-Wire Review. After that engagement, you're inside for 90 days. We don't sell Insider Access directly — it's earned, not bought.
Not a substitute for our main service categories. The services here are tighter, faster, lighter versions of our public offerings. If you're scaling a serious relationship — multi-PO production, large investments, compliance-sensitive shipments — you need the full versions on Due Diligence, Contracts, Guided Visits, or Fixer. Insider Access fills the gaps between major engagements. It doesn't replace them.

Active Monthly Support clients have always-open access. Partner factories we've placed are inside by relationship.
After completing a qualifying engagement, you have 90 days of Insider Access. Book any service in this catalog during that window. After 90 days, you're back to public pricing — unless you book another qualifying service, which resets the window. Monthly Support clients don't have a window; access stays open while subscription is active.
Yes. Book any qualifying engagement and the window resets. Most active clients stay inside the window perpetually because their next major engagement (inspection, visit, sourcing project) keeps the clock running.
Public pricing applies until you book a qualifying service again. Even the smallest qualifying engagement (a Pre-Wire Review at $595, a Quick Dispute Review at $795) resets your Insider Access for another 90 days.
Lighter and tighter. The $99 Factory Research is a fast 3-5 day shortlist — not the full $95 Supplier Reality Check signed report. The $199 In-Factory Inspection is a focused on-site QC — not the full $795 Factory Reality Check verification with field report, geo-tag, and legal-entity confirmation. These services are designed for ongoing relationships, not first-time verification.
Yes. You can start with a basic tier and upgrade at any time. We'll credit your original fee toward the new package if it's within 7 days of your first service.
Your project is handled by the China Agent team — our full-time staff on the ground. No freelancers, no outsourcing, no middlemen.
Each service covers one product category. If you're sourcing multiple SKUs, let us know and we'll combine a custom plan at a fair rate.
Yes. Every supplier we source or work with on your behalf is 100% yours. You're the buyer. We're not in the middle.
Absolutely. Many clients come to us with an existing supplier — but need better pricing, contracts, inspections, or someone local to take over.
Yes. Any Visit Arrangement tier (1, 3, or 5 days) can be used for fairs, markets, or factory tours. We'll tailor the schedule based on your goals. Translator and driver are booked separately at pass-through rates.
No problem. You can reschedule your Visit Arrangement once at no extra cost. If the factory ghosts, we'll help you replace them from our database.
Yes. Just let us know your dietary needs — we can build them into the daily schedule, including specific restaurant choices in Yiwu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or wherever you're visiting. We arrange the meal stops; you cover the meal costs.
We currently support visits and inspections in Yiwu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Jinan, and surrounding factory clusters. More locations are possible — ask us.
