Supplier Reality Check-1
$95 · 2 business days · One supplier per check

Find out who you're really paying — before you wire a cent.

A 1–2 page written verdict on any Chinese supplier. License, ownership, registered address, lawsuits, business scope, and bank cross-check — delivered in 2 business days. No screenshots. No spreadsheet dumps. A real report, signed by our China Hub Manager.

What's in the report

Eight verified data points. One written verdict. Delivered as a 1–2 page PDF, signed by our China Hub Manager.

Business license verification

Active, registered, and matched to the entity name on the PI.

Legal person & ownership

Who actually runs the company — and what other companies they're tied to.

Registered vs. mailing address

Real factory or shell office? We compare both.

Business scope

What the entity is legally licensed to manufacture or sell. Often the first lie.

Lawsuit history

Active and historical legal cases, listed by case type and year.

Operational risk flags

Patterns we've seen 100+ times that signal trouble before it hits.

Bank account cross-check

Does the bank match the entity? HK, BVI, and Samoa accounts get flagged.

Written commercial interpretation

What the data actually means — in plain English. One verdict you can act on.

No screenshots. No spreadsheet dumps. A real written file you can show your lawyer, your CFO, or your gut.

 What we need from you

Three things. Any one of them is a clue. All three together are a verdict.

Company name

Chinese characters preferred. English accepted. We cross-check both against the registry.

Registered address

From their PI, contract, or website. We compare it to the legal registration on file.

Bank details

Account name, bank name, and country. Most fraud signals live here.

Why we ask for bank details
A Chinese factory invoicing from a Hong Kong, BVI, or Samoa account is the #1 fraud signal we see. The entity, the address, and the bank all need to match. If they don't, your money may not be protected — and we'll tell you exactly why.

What a verdict actually looks like

This is real language from a Reality Check we ran. Names redacted. The verdict isn't.

"This is a real but high-control supplier with execution and dependency risks — not a stable, fully independent manufacturing partner. Active contract dispute (2025–2026) where the supplier is the defendant. Registered as 'Information System Integration' — not manufacturing. Recommend on-site verification before any deposit."

 — China Agent Reality Check, 2025 Anonymized. Supplier name redacted. Verdict reproduced verbatim.

That single paragraph saved a US importer from wiring a $48,000 deposit to the wrong factory.

You're not paying for a report. You're pre-paying for proof.

The $95 isn't a fee. It's a deposit on your next decision.
If you upgrade to any verification, visit, or contract service within 30 days, the $95 comes off the price.
So you spend nothing extra to find out the truth. You only spend more if the truth is worth acting on.

 What this isn't

 Not a free sales call

We don't run discovery calls disguised as research. You pay $95. You get a written file.

Not a generic credit report

Dun & Bradstreet won't tell you the registered address is a noodle shop. We will.

 Not a sourcing recommendation

We don't take a cent from any factory. Our verdict serves one side: yours.

 Not opinion

Every line is backed by Chinese registry data plus on-the-ground verification logic.

One supplier. $95. Two business days.

 Real proof. Before money moves.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Two business days from the moment you submit company name, address, and bank details. We don't promise faster. We deliver on time.

You'll know in your verdict. We've caught shell offices, dissolved entities, and cloned licenses. The $95 covers the search either way.

No. Reality Checks are silent. The supplier doesn't know they're being verified. That's the point.

English. Source data is Chinese. We translate every relevant line and include the original where it matters.

Then you spent $95 to know the truth. That's still cheaper than a five-figure mistake.

The report is the deliverable. You're paying for the verdict, not the conclusion. We refund only if we fail to deliver within 5 business days.
