a. **Fees:** Fees for our services are set forth on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. b. **Payment Terms:** Payments are due according to the terms stated in individual service agreements. c. **Refunds:** Services are charged on a non-refundable basis unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

#### 4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to our website and services, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, logos, and service marks, are owned by or licensed to China Agent Ltd. No content from our site may be used, reproduced, or exploited for any purpose without our express written consent.
